Can different colors and models be mixed together in one order?
Surely yes. Mixed colors and models are acceptable in One 20GP or in one 40HQ container. We suggest mixing 3-6 models per container.
Can you manufacture the door according to custom drawings?
Yes, we can. Customers should send their technical drawings for initial checking, after which we will issue an exact production drawing for your approval.
What is your policy regarding door samples?
For small samples, we can offer them for free. For complete doors, we charge a nominal fee based on the actual situation. However, sample charges will be fully refunded when you place a bulk order next time.
What special overseas services do you provide?
We offer overseas installation support and guidance for commercial projects.
What is the ordering process and delivery time?
Delivery time is about 20-35 days. First, we confirm your specific door specifications and issue technical drawings with proforma invoice. Upon drawing approval and 50% deposit receipt, production begins. Once finished, photos/videos or third-party inspections are arranged prior to balance collection and shipping.
Do you keep standard doors in stock?
We stock standard American hollow metal doors and frames in our factory. For specialized project orders, we manufacture according to custom sizes, colors, lock preps, and materials. We cater to both wholesale stock buyers and customized end-user projects.
