Q1 Are there any problems with the glass inside? Having steam or going foggy?
Usually, we use 5mm+6A+5mm double glass, you can take it easy. Our double glass is made professionally, with no steam or going foggy between the double glass.
Q2 All these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
Yes, all the doors & windows include frames. Installing the windows and doors on the wall is OK.
Q3 The glass is broken with no reason, I am afraid the rest will be broken.
The glass would be broken only because of suffering from impact force, but it will not break itself.
Q4 What type of fly screen could you supply?
We have three styles of fly screen: roller style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows/doors, and folding style for casement doors. Besides, the fly screen is made of 3 different materials: nylon, steel, and Kingkong net.
Q5 What is the aluminum window/door feature?
Aluminum is better in hardness and security.
Q6 What kinds of packing do you have?
There are three kinds of packing: bubble bag, bubble bag+wooden frame, and bubble bag+wooden case. For full container load, we advise using bubble bags as it saves space and holds more goods. Usually, packing is bubble bag+wooden frame. The best protection is bubble bag+wooden case, suitable for bulk cargo or special requirements for exports to the USA, Australia, and Europe.
