What kind of service do you provide?
We are able to provide engineering as well as supervising services to guide the installation of our windows and doors.

What are your payment terms?
Normally, 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, as well as properly working hardware and accessories under correct operation. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be sent immediately via international courier if in stock (or 10-15 days depending on material ordering time).
