What service will you provide after I sent measurement or idea of the item I look for?
Buildpano will provide Projects 3D design or Shop Drawing after fully communication and understanding client's preference. This shop drawing is also the vital paperwork for the jobsite activities; this will help your worker to save time on verifying the measurement, opening direction, item location, etc.

What are the terms of payment in your formal trade?
Usually T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) 50% deposit to start production, balance paid before shipping.

What is your production time?
Since these are customized products, the lead time and processing may take longer than some regular items. To make sure the orders are produced as per description, quality control will be processed in every process step; therefore, the whole process will usually be 20~45 days after the deposit is received and all details are confirmed.
