YY Team knows well the windows/doors installation for brick walls, brick veneer, steel constructions, and concrete walls. We provide installation solutions and guides. Moreover, we have an overseas manager in Sydney, Australia who can assist installation, and we can dispatch our installation team to the project site if necessary.

What about your packaging? What happens if windows are damaged upon container opening?
Our packages utilize Iron pallets which are exceptionally strong and durable. If the windows are damaged when received, please send us photos and we will replace them for free.

YY will send Shop Drawings to confirm the exact specifications before production. If wrong windows are sent, YY will replace them with new ones freely.
