What are your main products?
We mainly provide doors and windows with Australian certificate, the commercial 102 series of sliding doors, awning windows and 76 series of awning windows are our best-selling products.
Is your product AS2047 certified?
Yes, all of our windows and doors are certified as AS2047, and we also have glass AS2208 certification because Australia and New Zealand are our main market.
When is your delivery time?
Because the doors and windows are customized products, the delivery time is calculated according to the color of the profile, the choice of glass and the total square number. The soonest delivery time we can make is 30 to 35 days.
What are your payment terms?
Usually, 50 percent of the deposit and 50 percent of the balance are paid before shipment.
How to install doors and windows? Do you have local installation support?
The Hongtai team is very knowledgeable about the installation of windows/doors for wood structures, steel structures, concrete walls. We can provide you with an installation solution or installation guide.
